On September 18, 2021 I had an egress window installed in my home by Egress Pros. What a great job. The technicians were courteous and professional. We were in awe at how competent Vincente, Gadalupe and Julian were at completing the task. I waited to write a review to assess the product. When a heavy rain occurred the window leaked inside. If youre looking for any type of customer service, this is not the company for you. They are the nicest people in the world until they have your money in their pocket. The owner **** laughs at you if you have any sort of issue. My original date was October 28th, I got a phone call from ***** on October 8th asking if they can come the next day in which I replied can you give me an hour to move my schedule around and see if i can make it work in which he replied "yes, absolutely".
