Spoke to Andrew & lined them up to come coinciding with the installation of our dryer. The only question was what time delivery would be. When we called Andrew to let him know the time he told us he could no longer make it today. We've been without a washer/dryer for 6 weeks & urgently needed to start laundry as soon as installed due to a house full of company coming tomorrow. For him to leave us high & dry like that was not professional & very disappointing.

Would not recommend them. Guy came in and couldn't do anything because he couldn't find the vent and still charged money for it. Later we texted him that we found the vent but never got response back. Very inexperienced and unprofessional.
