Ed doesn't have the courtesy to return texts when I asked him if he wanted the job (I had alerted him that my HOA required proof of their license and insurance). A simple "No, we can't do it" would have been easy and courteous.
Really nice people, they couldn't solve my problem but still tried their best to help. The lady at the reception is a sweetheart, will consider for future projects.
Josephine at Long Island custom railings was extremely helpful and informative. We were looking for trailing for front and back stoops. She explained everything from the choosing of the materials to installation. While we did not choose long Island custom railings to do our construction I would still recommend them. They were a very close second.
