This office is conveniently located. But I wish they fix the entrance door so it stops slamming shut.
I’d give a negative if I could for the North Babylon front end staff. Terrible terrible. Gigging at patients. So unprofessional.
Terrible Experience with Office. I'm beyond frustrated with the service I've received from this office. I've been a loyal patient for 6 years, managing a condition with consistent medication. Today, I called for a refill on a med I've taken without issue for years, and their response was that I need to come in for an office visit every 3 months. When I explained I'm out of meds and will schedule an appt ASAP, they refused to send a single refill, forcing me to go without until I can get in. This is a med I've had ZERO change... read more
