Staff in the front entry are a pleasure!
The staff at this doctor office is horrible. I made an appointment for my physical in advance. I get a phone call an hr prior to my appt telling me I need to reschedule because I won’t be able to be seen since I need to let the exact 365 days to pass to to be seen. What I don’t get is how was I allowed to make this appointment over the phone with an office receptionist & get told otherwise.
