Good doctors, difficult to have admin/insurance related questions answered via phone in between appointments. Lots of back and forths and unanswered questions
I’ve seen Dr Alice Kuang twice now, and I can confidently say she is the best doctor I’ve seen in 30+ years.
I started seeing Alice Kuang, DO at the Massapequa office, who is a wonderful doctor and I felt comfortable with her. The staff and people who answer the phone are another thing. Incompetent. Dr. Kuang suggested I needed a colonoscopy ASAP because I had a positive blood colon cancer panel...she said she would have one of her staff send me names of gastroenterologists (THAT day) so I could make an appointment to have one. 10 DAYS LATER (!!!) Aci, Omer/Podiatrist Great place. Awesome Foot Doctor.
Hard to get in touch with. Feels like a mill. Cardiologist Salvatore Trazerra provided very poor treatment and was not professional.
