I have to say I’m very impressed our cesspool collapsed on us last night and our cesspool company recommended Walter and his company to come help us. Walter called me back promptly came and assessed the situation and had a plan for at least a temporary fix to be done the same day. However, once here he decided he was able to just do it all in one shot. We’re so grateful to him for getting us up and running and for being prompt with his reply when I called him at 7 am. Initially satisfied with their service, but then this sinkhole appeared and was told it was normal settling. Doesn’t look normal

Thier use of a gas powered"broom" sent dirt through all the windows of my house. My kitchen was covered in a layer of dirt. I asked the guy cleaning the street with it to please stop, repetitively, but his only response was to keep the thing running full blast. I didn't get any work done on my cesspool, my neighbor did, but there's no need to make that type of a mess to other people's houses on your way out of a job.
They did a great job and Walter was very honest !
