My name is Elizabeth, I got sick with c-diff like 21/2 wks ago. I would not wish this illness upon anyone. I spend 4 days at a hospital then I was good to go home but, I just couldn’t be around anyone because -diff if very contagious. So the hospital thought it was a good idea for me to come to Long Island care center until I was no longer contagious and I continued taking my meds. Came here 1st time to visit my sister in law. The place was clean, the staff very pleasant. I felt that she is in a good place and confident in the care she is getting

LICC is a gem when it comes to patient care. It’s not often when you run into a nursing home where you feel like the workers genuinely care about their work, their craft, and their patients. It almost feels as if they’re working for their own family members at times, and that I find delightful.

I have been saying at LICC for a while now and Stephanie from Guest Relations has been the most helpful with me, I can always count on her to order me food or to fix my TV. She carries herself well and I would be lost without her help! I look forward to seeing her everyday. I thank her everyday for her exceptional help.
