So terrible environment bad smell noisy room
The food is inedible. I had to spend a lot of money to buy food here --through my friends. The administrative staff, especially the social services, have a serious attitude. They think of every excuse not to do their work, on top of being willfully ignorant of their obligations. The care staff, however, are generally nice -- the physical therapy and nurses. Otherwise, it felt like being in a prison.
Friendly staff, very attentive, and always ensures assistance is provided when needed.
When I went to the second floor vent unit as I was given a tour a strong smell of urine and feces as soon as the door opened it was putrid not a staff member in sight just patients laying in their bed looking distressed and uncomfortable all I saw was swollen diapers and looks of despair it was scary and crazy….., The dining room was empty barren had no patients eating they were all dining in their rooms the gym was empty had about 2 patients then the floors are packed with patients sitting in wheelchairs seemingly stuck as ... read more
