I was going for two different problems. The Drs were very attentive to my pain complaints, put my MRI pictures up to show me what everything was. Then had more X-rays taken. Dr Ferrachia referred me directly to Dr Rana. I already had an appointment scheduled for the end of next week. He said no, as soon as possible. The girls got me an emergency appt for Wednesday (tomorrow ). So far, great.

Had a double knee replacement done by Dr Savino of Long Island bone and joint three years ago Dr Savino and his PA, Charlie, were so attentive and professional both in the office and in Mather Hospital Jackie, Dr Savino's nurse in the office, is excellent I would recommend this team to anyone who is thinking about having knee replacement

Great Dr's and Office Staff – I had read these reviews before going to see the Dr's of Long Island Bone and Joint. I have to admit I was a little nervous but I had many friends that told me to go see the Dr's there. When I first got there I had some trouble with the paperwork and the front desk staff assisted me in filling out the paperwork. I was then greeted by the Medical assistant and saw the PA. Incompetent and rude says it all – Actually, incompetent and rude is being nice. The office staff treats patients like criminals heading into central booking. It's hard to believe these people work in the medical field, as they have no concern for a patient's recovering or well-being. We received an erroneous charge and were told the balance needed to be settled before seeing the doctor again. Excellent Dr's & Staff! – I went to see the Dr's at long Island Bone & Joint after I went to the ER at Mather Hospital & they were very good. The Dr's explained my injury well & started me on physical therapy which I wasn't thrilled about initially, but I they referred me to a great physical therapist & feel much better! I'm not sure what the last user review was about, but the girl that helped me make my appointment is the same every time I go & she is very helpful. Incompetence and Rude – The Dr.s are competent and qualified. The office help is a complete nightmare. The majority of the women who work there have the charm of teamsters who are on strike. The one who makes your appointments and hands out your scripts treats you like you just cheated on her. Have been there several times and each time I have seen her treat patients as if they are nothing but a total nuisance. It's amazing how people treat each other these days.
