Shout out to Zoe at Long Island Boat rentals! This is our 2nd trip to beautiful Long island, and Zoe was SUPER helpful with making rental for a week super easy, even delivering to our air bandb, moving it to a different location for us later in the week, and providing us with a really detailed map to get through ‘the snakes” and to the beautiful cays-rent your boat here!!!
I accidentally booked the wrong day for our trip and no showed (my fault). When I tried to get any of it back to use for the next day they denied me entire amount of $1,347 (3-8pm). I was happy to pay partial for my mistake but they gave nothing and the manager never called me back.
It’s so easy to rent here and the boats are in good condition. They have great instruction for those just getting started with boating.
Had a great time aboard the Elixir Yacht during Harbor Fest. Looking forward to another Elixir tour.
