MLS has been useless to commercial agents in commercial brokerages specializing in commercial deals. Their bylaws clearly states any commercial agents in commercial brokerages need not be paid members and yet bc they are considered a union they repeatedly over the years bully brokerages into paying dues or joining whether or not its useful to any agents or brokerages.
