We were selling our home in Nassau County when the buyer's inspector flagged potential mold in the basement. Called this team for an urgent inspection, and they provided a detailed, professional report within 24 hours. They handled the cleanup quickly and helped us close on time!
An absolute lifesaver! A slow plumbing leak behind our bathroom vanity caused hidden black mold. Their team set up proper containment barriers and HEPA air scrubbers so spores wouldn't spread. Very professional, clean, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
Found mold on our attic ceiling sheathing during a routine home maintenance check. Long Island Best Mold Removal came through with a honest evaluation and very fair pricing. They fixed the ventilation issue and treated the entire attic. The post-remediation air test came back completely clean! Highly recommended.
We noticed a musty odor coming from our basement after a heavy rainstorm. Called Long Island Best Mold Removal, and David came out the very next morning for an inspection. He showed us exact moisture readings behind the drywall and laid out a clear remediation plan. The crew was punctual, clean, and completely eliminated the issue. Top-notch local service!
Had a severe pipe leak in my basement that caused visible mold within days. These guys responded immediately 24/7, disinfected the area, and completely restored the space. They didn't just mask the smell—they eliminated the root source. 10/10 service!
