Dishonest people. Don’t fall for the PSEG savings advertisement. It’s a sales gimmick. They over-exaggerate the electric bill savings numbers by a lot. Do your own due diligence and calculation. The installation and units were okay but you can get similar quality of units and services for much cheaper else where. We regretted using them.
Very Disappointed – Poor After-Sales Service and Questionable Installation I had five ductless mini-split AC units installed by LIACA about two years ago through the PSEG Long Island Home Comfort Rebate Program. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation was done quickly and with minimal disruption to my daily routine. The technicians were tidy and respectful of my space, and they made sure I understood everything about the system before they left.

John and his crew did a great job installing 10 mini split heads and 3 condensers for my home. I contacted 6 places for quote, and John is the only one who asked when each room is typically used—during the day or at night—and came up with a plan to help us save more on our electricity bill. They also repaired the walls after removing my old through-the-wall air conditioners. They even help to fix some small issues of my siding. The installation only took one day to finish!
