This office is location of my regular family physician. I called for a walk-in appt with my dr and was told he was on vacation. No other dr. in this practice will see me as I have Cigna Healthspring Ins. I called Healthspring to find an Urgent Care walk in clinic. They provided the information and told me there was no reason another doctor in a Family Practice Office could not see me. Very disappointed in the receptionist attitude. Just sorry they would not see me. Had to pay additonal Urgent care Office visit amount.

I only called to set up a new patient appointment. According to the website and my insurance's website they took my insurance AND were accepting new patients. When I called the lady who answered my call said they were only accepting certain new patients depending on insurance. I told her what mine was and she said 'No, we can't take you.' I tried to ask another question but she already hung up on me. Unprofessional and impersonal. NOT what you look for when finding a doctor.

I was here today bringing my Mom in due to the fact that she is very ill. Had my 6 yr old and 3 yr old twins there with me who were all behaving very nicely. My twins are 3 and were being typical toddlers. Apparently their footsteps were too loud and I was asked to leave, while my mom was back in the office being seen. I have NEVER been asked to leave anywhere before, let alone a dr office just for the fact that I had kids with me. dont go. One of the PA's has been treating me for depression for over 8 months. I begged her months to put me on something else as what she had me on had more side effects and wasent helping. She refused. Finally I demanded another med and she gave me a brand new one that made me crash hysterically today. When I went into office & saw dr who supervises her he said he doesnt really know much about that kind of meds and told me to go to er and seee a psych. If you are needing any thing other than anti-biotics dont go here.
