Unbelievable that a repair shop like this still exists!!!! I have lived in the area for years but had always gone to the dealer to get work done. I decided it was time to try something new. I decided to call up Long Hill Auto to see if they could give me an estimate on a timing belt. Bob explained to me that he could price out the timing belt for me but it would be better if I could come down to the shop as my car could have needed more than just the belt. Great Shop! I called for an estimate on brakes and instead of just low balling me on the phone,they told me to come down so they can check it out before they gave me an estimate.That is the proper way to go about giving an estimate.They have been at that location since 1986 and are very trust worthy as that is the reason they want to see the car,not to hold you hostage after they pull it apart, as Ron D implies. They are a bunch of great ,helpful guys.
Highly recommend long hill auto service!! I had two tires that needed to be replaced right away- Bob the owner, was able to get the tires instantly and was able to change my tires the same day! Not to mention they were a special kind of tires and compared to several other places the price was right! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
