After purchasing our home, which was built in 2023, we have had to call Long Heating and Air out to the property on multiple occasions. To date, they have visited our home at least seven times for ongoing HVAC-related issues. Most recently, we were informed that a leaking TXV valve would require a repair costing approximately $3,100 in labor, despite the valve itself costing around $150 (plus refrigerant). Great service, easy scheduling, and a courteous service technician who recommended reasonable and necessary services.
Cody arrived on time to perform AC unit maintenance on our HVAC system. He was very thorough; answered all our questions and completed the service satisfactorily. Would recommend Long Heating and AC.
