Amazing service, communication, clarity, and honesty.
The technician was excellent, but unfair labor charge on a warrantied repair. The labor charge for installing a burned out blower which was covered under parts warranty, cost $635.00 and it was only a 40 minute job. This is higher than a doctor charges. Ridiculous!
