Do not use this company for anything. First contacted them about my ** unit in Aug 2022, was told the compressor was bad and needed to replace the unit. Every time I called the phone number for the business, which is a cell phone, the voice mail was full and couldn't accept new messages. Whenever someone did answer, they always said they would call me back and never did. Finally had an installation date set for May 15th, the ** unit wasn't compatible with our furnace and the company just said that was what the insurance cove... read more
