I bought the one year maintenance package which included spring and fall maintenance. While I’m still in my 1st year, I’ve been pleased to have received the same technician both visits; he’s thorough, professional and polite and answers my questions. Scheduling per phone has been easy; while you do get scheduled in a 4-hr window, the tech called me 1-hr out that he was on his way, and I greatly appreciated that.

Wyatt was our technician. He seemed to do his job well. He came on time. I did not get an email reminding he was coming so I didn't remember. That would help when the appointment was made months ago. Thanks

I live in a newly built home and had to have warranty work on the heating and air system. Service Technicians David Evans and Chris Turner were the utmost professionals and knowledgeable. The home office personnel were also very helpful in finding out what the issues were and dispatching a tech to rectify the problem. I would definitely recommend their services.

I’ve been really disappointed with my experience with Long Heating and Air. After diagnosing the issue with my heat, they never informed me that the part had been ordered or that it had arrived. I only found out anything after I reached out to check on the status myself. When I inquired, the response I received was a text written in all capital letters — which came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Long’s tech-Kyle, arrived and explained everything he would be checking. Kyle was very personable and even explained my thermostat that I didn’t understand. Kyle is an asset to Long’s.
