Drew Staton Long HVACs technician, did a great job with his semiannual visit to our home to check out and inspection our HVAC system. He got our central air conditioning unit all ready to go for this summer, changed all of our furnace filters in the house, and did a preliminary inspection of our furnace. He was efficient, personable, and explained what he did in understandable terms.
We were very pleased with Longs dryer vent cleaning service. We have had dryer fires before, so we appreciated their service. They were on time and friendly. We liked they wore booties over their shoes to keep our house clean, too.
Long heating and air was great. I’ve always had good experiences with them. They are thorough and take the time to explain everything.
Alex was very thorough and his expertise saved me from replacing a part unnecessarily. Thanks Long!
