We've only had our van for a week so far but I already feel comfortable enough to give this company 5 stars. We'd researched 13ft vans for months and it wasn't until someone suggested that I join the Facebook owners group to see how happy all the Trex owners were with their vans, and more importantly the aftersales support. We purchased our first Trex around 2 years ago. It was the T13 (1st photo). Really loved this little van. Last year we decided to upgrade to the HR16 (2nd photo). This van is even better. The after sales service from Long Haul Campers is great. John and his Team have always answered any questions we have. So glad we purchased our vans from Long Haul Campers.
Reached out to John regarding a after Sales support issue with my new trailer, was more than helpful in rectifying the problem. Highly recommend.
Good environment, safe and beautiful
You will never find an after service Company like this one. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I bought my van 2nd hand, but went back to them for services and any minor problems. They are ace. They will ring you if it is major, within the hour, or even if not sometimes. They have given me a FREE upgrade on my solar on my 13Lux because John wanted to do something nice.
