I would not recommend this realty agency. The house we rented had some major issues which we reported to Liza with pictures and video. She, of course, relayed our concerns to the owners who took their time to address the problems. Liza was extremely apologetic but the problems were never solved. Poor communication between owner and Liza. Owners promised to reimburse us for any difficulties that we experienced during our stay. My wife and I worked with Chris Lopez from Long and Foster on locating a place to live at in N Wildwood. We both retired and called Chris who made searching so easy. He would give us listings, we would pick out and he would show as the same day knowing we were driving over an hour.He showed many places and when we found the one we wanted he negotiated for us which included dropping the price and including furniture that we wanted to keep. Not recommended. Agents promise call back, and then ignore you. Repeated follow-up calls are met with "agent will call you back" but nothing happens. Complete waste of time. Stay away!
