I was out of Propane! My house was 39 degree's this week, the company I was "using" was giving me the round around. "oh you are good for about 30 days or so". NO I WASN'T! I called around to see if anyone had "emergency services" for my situation. The minute I spoke to to folks at Long Energy, everything just felt different, it sounded like they actually cared! I ran out of fuel oil. Beth, Diane and Dave went out of their way to take care of this disaster. I appreciate their help, and thank them so very much.
Don't use this company. They're only interested in getting their money instead of having compassion for their customers. Because of an illness and hospitalization we were unable to work in December. Anyone thats a contract worker knows that you don't get paid if you don't work. And then it takes a couple of months to get paid again. We got very behind in payments and under normal circumstances I would understand the company's decision. But it's been below 15° for weeks now and Long Energy is refusing to make 1 more emergency... read more
Saturday I needed fuel because i ran out of fuel. While doing the process of getting fuel I gave the tech a credit card to use instead of using the card gave him he used my debit. I told not to use the debit I didn't authorize him to use the card on file but he took on himself to defraud me of my money. This is not the first time they have done this. I will not be a customer of theirs no more. Train your people correctly and will the police involved in this matter also.
Long Energy continues to be top notch. Whenever I call, I immediately get a person (not a robot!) who is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I spoke with Beth and she was awesome. Keep up the good work with the excellent customer service!
