OK so i have a dripping tap !! driving me crazy. I took the whole tap down to these guys (not being a plumber) had a good chat they asked the right questions to get the right info out of me (remember i am No Plumber) and it worked out that there were bigger issues for me to think about -- they did not try to sell my anything just super helpful. and even tried to fix the tap I took with me. I am all for a DIY store but when you want expert help these guys truly know their stuff
We had our bathroom supplied by long Eaton plumbers merchants 2 years ago now, Joe and the team were extremely informative and offered advice on the different levels of quality and prices along with having examples of both on display to see. Can’t fault them at all and will definitely be back when we decide to renovate again!
