I was skeptical. I don't regret using them! But here's what you should know as the customer: Spark notes: Know how much space you are allowed, and stick with it. They will be fine at moving your stuff! Do the math of how much space you need, ask for it, then ask for a lower price because it is negotiable. I worked with Noah directly who seemed sort of professional in the beginning. As soon as I signed the contract after explaining to him in detail his response was the ugliest response one could offer a customer. I had a terrible experience with Safe Ship Moving Services. They are a company not to be trusted. I'm having PTSD from what happened to my items. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had explained a recent valid medical emergency. With that, they are not refunding me my money, even after what happened. Avoid Safe Ship Moving Services if you want a stress-free and reliable moving experience!! DON'T WORK WITH THEM!
We had to move from.ct to Florida we call safeship they found us cobra van lines they send Walter and Danny they did a great job super happy with both companies
Safe Ship was incredibly expensive. They outsourced my move to a NJ moving company that lost (or stole) several items (expensive lamp, two large boxes, Dyson fan, legs to my couch, and two pieces of antique furniture). They charged me extra to have the movers pack an expensive mirror. It arrived SHATTERED! They offered me $100 in compensation. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience! Do NIT use them.
