We have had a long distance relocation with Mayzlin and this was so far one of the best experiences we have had. Hugh, Dovud and Kostya did amazing job taking care of our stuff and made the entire process smooth and as less stressful as it is possible. The only thing we did is cleaned up our place after they took everything out and that’s it. 10/10 recommend.
My experience with Mayzlin Relocation has been positive so far. First, Chris Gibson has done a great job as my sales representative! He offered competitive pricing that fit my budget. Second, he is very responsive and good at follow-ups. He kept my move schedule and inventory updated and made sure I received all the documents and receipts. Nick and his team were terrific. On a 95-degree Miami day, they were friendly, smooth and efficient, and handled all our stuff with care.
I’ve never been so disappointed with the unprofessionalism of a service I’ve paid for. We’ve moved several times over the years so we are familiar with what goes into moving. Mayzlin was the most expensive, most disorganized, took the longest, lost our items, and broke our furniture. We paid a premium for ease and peace of mind and we got the exact opposite.
