Berik and Juma were fast, efficient and very nice. Everything was packed and loaded with care and they double checked all the items to ensure if we were including them or not. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cross country move!
Very disappointing experience. The movers broke our TV, two office screens, and a sofa leg. They took photos and admitted the damage on the spot. We submitted a reimbursement claim, but after months of waiting and no clear communication, they finally offered to pay only about 15% of the total value of what was broken. That’s unacceptable. We trusted this company with our belongings, and they handled both the move and the follow-up very poorly. I do not recommend this company.
This is the worst moving company. Most of our boxes were crushed and mangled. A number of broken items one so far that really upsets me. Also, they had the nerve to charge us an additional $1000.00 to "shuttle" from one truck to another. You are pretty much stuck to pay it if you want your stuff. They are horrible. No updates on delays in delivery. Also, they delivered our stuff at 08:30 pm. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I would give zero stars if I could. This moving company completely destroyed my trust — and my property. During my move, they broke my TV, and not just that — both of my home office monitors were also damaged beyond repair. The driver even sent me a picture admitting fault, saying I would be reimbursed.
