We used Mayzlin for our move from Florida to Michigan. Every associate we worked with (from scheduling, to inventory, pickup, and delivery) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication was great, drivers arrived on time. Three people came to take furniture apart, wrap things and load the truck. They finished in about 5 hours (including a pause for a storm to pass). Caveating this review by clarifying that I expect to get nothing out of it. More of a warning for prospective customers. My moving experience with Mayzlin was highly disappointing. To summarize as simply as possible: 1. Brokerage: I looked for weeks for a company that would not broker out the move and landed on Mayzlin. I was assured several times that they own their own trucks/crew and would not broker out the move to a third party. The move was brokered out on both ends. 2. After interviewing them for a cross country move, I thought they were different than other movers. What J found out is they were maybe worse. They sent a 26’ truck which ended up being too small so I had to leave a lot of things behind. I thought the truck was going to my destination. They did not mention it could be up to 3 weeks before I saw my stuff again. It was actually 2 weeks and they unloaded on Christmas Day.
