AVOID ! STAY AWAY!!!! Hiring Mayzlin Relocation was an expensive mistake. After my partner was laid off, we had no choice but to move so we hired Mayzlin. This company is predatory and will not only lose, but damage your items. There are sentimental items that they lost which cannot be replaced. Lesson learned. !*!* I encourage everyone to file a report with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) , and your State Attorney General. !*!* We just want our items returned.
Both the pick up team and drop off team did their jobs as expected. Friendly and timely teams.
Under no circumstances do I recommend Mayzlin for long distance moves. I had a terrible experience this summer. They WILL come under any competitors quote but they WILL get that money back and more from you with absurd additional expenses. At literally every step were there logistical nightmares and severe time delays. The worst offense? I live connected to my city’s convention center. The moving service helped during a time when we had a lot going on, and that made a difference. The crew kept things moving in a clear and practical way. They paid attention to placement and checked directions before continuing. The day passed without delays or confusion, which helped reduce stress.
I highly recommend this crew. David made sure that the coffee maker and the basic cooking supplies were the last things loaded and the first things off the truck so I could actually eat dinner that night. Highly recommended!
