When Maddy was in charge, the Practice was always a 5* operation with both the quality of dentistry and patient welfare of the highest order. It was truly exceptional. However, very sadly under the new Management, standards have declined and the Company ethos has changed alarmingly. On a couple of occasions, repair work fell out within a week - while one successful 15 minute filling procedure cost a staggering £200. Referred by my NHS dentist for a double bridge replacement, I found myself in the very capable hands of Dr Biggs who took great effort in reviewing the situation, giving me options to consider and ultimately guiding me to the best outcome. I’m incredibly pleased with my new bridges and would not hesitate to recommend Long Crendon Dental! All of the staff were friendly and caring and made my multiple long appointments much more bearable than I anticipated…thank you all!
