I will say Long Collision is one of the best body shops in the area. I have been dealing with them for years. Past Manager Jim, always went and above and behind to make sure my car(s) were always up to his standards. Well that continues on with Kristy at the helm. I wont go to another body shop to have my cars fixed. Thank you for the work you have done over the past couple years
I've had to bring my car here twice for body work. Both times Kristie and the team did a great job and were very easy to work with. The jobs were done quickly and the car looked like new. Thank you for a job well done!
Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! From the moment I made my first call, the service was outstanding. Kristie was incredibly helpful and kept me updated every step of the way, from the status of parts to the progress of the repair. I truly appreciated the transparency and communication. When I picked up my vehicle, I was blown away—it looked brand new again! The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend this place enough.
on the hood of my 2024 Crosstrek we had a problem from bird dropping. We took the car to the body shop and the Manager Kristie came right out look at the hood told us that she can take care of it we pick the car up a few day later and it was perfect. Thank you Kristie and all the the body shop employee for a job well done.
