Good cleaned but the kid behind the counter was very short with us. Like he didnt have time to be bothered with our questions. Came off as rude
Recently purchased a new bedspread that was wrinkled due to box it was shipped in. Took to Longs to have have them laundry bedspead to reduce wrinkles. Upon returning home we noticed pilling all over the bedspead. Took it back to Longs and showed them the problem. Once they completed de-pilling they texted to say it was ready for pickup and looks brand new. Great experience every single time! And fair pricing!
Took a coat in to be dry cleaned, paid almost $70 in advance, and it still had dirt, dog and human hairs in the liner. The pockets still had lint in them. The coat smelled like cleaning fluid but it didn't look clean. I think they just spot treated it. I wasted my money.
No More Capitol for me! It's Longs from now on!
