I turned in my wedding dress to them in April of 2009 for routine cleaning and preservation. After numerous follow up calls and messages, I was never able to reach Carol (the wedding dress coordinator) or any employee that could tell me the status or timeline of when I could expect to have the dress ready to pick-up.
