I turned in my wedding dress to them in April of 2009 for routine cleaning and preservation. After numerous follow up calls and messages, I was never able to reach Carol (the wedding dress coordinator) or any employee that could tell me the status or timeline of when I could expect to have the dress ready to pick-up. After 4.5 months of un-returned phone calls and frustration I decided to pick up the dress- regardless of status- and find a more competent cleaning service.
