I dropped the car off Wednesday afternoon for routine maintenance (oil change, coolant flush, tire rotation, spark plug change) and was told a couple days was needed for service. Thursday I was called and told work had begun. No communication from the dealer on Friday. I called at 4pm and was told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. No call from Dealer on Monday. I called Tuesday morning (took 1.5 hours to speak with my service agent as no one else had any info) and told it would be ready on Wednesday. 5 days for about 5 hour... read more
