I joined Long Beach Weighlifting a year ago when I was brand new to weightlifting - coming from CrossFit Coach Chris truly care about your progress and push you to reach your potential. In just one year, I’ve made the podium several times nationally, and I know I couldn’t have done it without Long Beach Weightlifting. Joining this Club was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my weightlifting journey.
