I tow trucks here for new natural gas tanks to be installed and the help here is amazing helpful and nice I give them 5 stars thank you and have a great day
Stay away from this shop! Long Beach Truck Repair Center will rip you off. They are not charging you double, they will charge you triple. The manager Mike is a rude guy. He has no respect to his customers. Because they are too slow and charge extra people don’t go there, once someone by accident goes there, they rip off.
Phone hold times were ridiculous — over 45 minutes — and once connected the agent didn’t seem to know their own policies. Felt like I was talking to a script.
Save your time and go somewhere else this place is a joke
