I’m still honestly grossed out by the greed and attempted misrepresentation at this office. I’m very familiar with my insurance benefits and review them regularly. Before coming here, I had consultations at two other orthodontic offices who were transparent and confirmed my full $6,000 lifetime orthodontic benefit with Anthem PPO. During my consultation, Tina told me my insurance only covered $4,500, meaning I would need to pay $1,500 out of pocket.
