Great customer service, beautiful office in a great location. I needed to replace my old Invisalign retainer. I called and got an appointment pretty quickly. Although I knew I had no ortho benefits, they checked my insurance before my appointment to verify. When I got there, they had a price breakout ready for me. I asked for an FSA ready bill and got one without having to explain what that bill had to contain. After I paid, I was scanned quickly and within 2 weeks, I was called to pick up my retainer.
