Dr Vimarshani Hewageegana was very nice and considerate when I brought my little one who got fever to see her. She got much better afterwards and can enjoy the travel. Highly recommended!

Thanks for your nonsense reply ive booked with another clinic that answered my question straight away about what treatments they have, didnt seem that hard. DO NOT GO TO LONGBEACH MONEY GRUBS MEDICAL! ...Just trying to get a yes or no answer from the receptionists about whether the doctors here can burn skin cancers off in clinic or not, do u think they would say, trying to get me to book an appointment to ask the question, money grubs, thanks I'll find a new clinic, goodbye!...

I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and inviting the place is. The entire medical team was professional, took the time to listen to my concerns, and was very helpful. A special shout-out to the receptionist who was so friendly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. A truly great place.

I’d like to raise a concern regarding my repeated experiences with the receptionist, Natalie. Unfortunately, I’ve found her to be consistently rude and lacking in basic courtesy and empathy when dealing with clients. Her tone has come across as dismissive and unhelpful, both over the phone and in person, on more than one occasion. It’s disheartening, as it affects the overall experience and makes one hesitant to reach out for assistance.

Appointment was set for 3:50pm. Have been waiting over an hour and 20 mins to just collect a medical certificate. Finally got into the appointment at 5:10. Once in the actual appointment wasted a heap of time to make more money for the business asking a heap of questions, nothing of which relating to a sick day certificate, prescribed me with a heap of unnecessary prescriptions. Highly unprofessional, money making scandal and a ridiculous amount of wait time for 2 seconds of their time.
