Seems like a lot of people have similar issues and the reviews for services are terrible. It's unfortunate that the reviews aren't used as a training tool to improve for customers. Although I haven't been to the physical location, the holding time and lack of support over the phone is insane. I guess that because they know we have to have utilities, they feel like they don't have to provide prompt, friendly service.

I’ve been trying to get my gas service restored and no one answers the phone. My payments are fully up to date, and I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but still haven’t received any response. I’ve followed up many times with no luck. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Horrible service. You could be specifically with the appointment and they still don’t follow through. You can’t get a hold of customer service unless you press 1 for Spanish and it’s an English speaking representative that answers.

Called & Spoke to Yazmin to cancel my service after moving. I have never spoken to a more rude customer service rep. She refused to help me with anything. It’s very sad and frustrating to have to struggle to speak to anyone and then have to deal with a horrible person that like. I asked to speak to a manger, she refused, said someone will call me & then once the call was over, she stayed on the line for about 10 mins (I could hear laughing in the background) no wonder the wait times are so horrible with employees like her.
