This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A representative initially offered me the lowest payment amount required to restore my service because I explained that I could not afford the full balance. After Yasmin learned that I was Black, she called me back, changed her entire tone, and attempted to nearly triple the amount I had already been offered. This place needs to be investigated why would I wait in my home for 4 hours for you to come for gas I got things to do why is there no protocol to call the customer why is there no protocol to contact a customer to let them know you arrived how would I know if someone is at my door not wveyone has ring door bell cameras are we supposedly magically guess that the service worker is coming lmao 🤔
They'll cut your gas off on a Friday so that you have to go the whole weekend without gas. How mean
Seems like a lot of people have similar issues and the reviews for services are terrible. It's unfortunate that the reviews aren't used as a training tool to improve for customers. Although I haven't been to the physical location, the holding time and lack of support over the phone is insane. I guess that because they know we have to have utilities, they feel like they don't have to provide prompt, friendly service.
