If you’re trying to get gas turned on at your apartment, you pretty much have to pray to god that they come at a time that conveniences them. We attempted to set up gas service with the City of Long Beach utility services, and a technician was sent to our location. However, the technician informed us that our address didn’t have access to gas service, meaning we wouldn’t be able to get gas at all. I called to cancel the setup, yet we were still charged approximately $40—even though no service was provided. As you can tell from all the other bad reviews these people are not very willing to help and seem to not have a single care about who they are dealing with. we asked for our gas to be turned back on friday because our house is being fumigated today through thursday and they said the best the can do is monday. That is unacceptable. we have a 7 week old baby staying here and not having heating/ hot water is not an option.
