I had my Thursday appointment rescheduled 2 times this month because the doctor was out sick. I spoke with the office manager today and I was informed that wasn't the case. She gave me a different reason for the rescheduled that was written on my chart. Im confused as to why they would lie and write it on my chart. It's very difficult to be seen here.
