As someone who grew up with a pretty severe fear of the dentist office, I could t be happier with my experience here at Long Beach dental health! I have had no problem scheduling appointments, every consultation as been really tailored to my needs and what my dental goals are. I haven't felt pressured but really understood even though it has been several years since I've seen a dentist before coming here. I just finished my third time in this office and couldn't recommend it more!!
I have one main rule for the dentist including staff. No pain!! I also don't like to be treated like I'm at a used car lot or timeshare presentation. They passed with flying colors!!! Clear communication about what they are going to do before they do it, recommendations and why, and they were thorough. My wife picked this office and I wasn't sure how I would feel getting a few dentist after 29 years with my previous one, but I'm glad to be local. (I was still driving an hour to see my old dentist)
My first appointment was wonderful, the office and crew are exceptional. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The nurse who (forgot her name) performed my exrays and cleaning was great. She explained every step of the way. I also loved the way the exam room was set up with a computer monitor in front of the chair so you can see your exrays extra. Dr. Read is also very nice and personal, he listens and advises all options. My visit was the best ever. Charlene Walsh
I had two infected teeth, and I was able to get in to see Dr. Saad within a day or so and have them taken care of. I know having a tooth extracted and a root canal redone is never a fun time for anyone, but Dr. Saad and his assistants were kind, making sure I was not in pain (some pain is unfortunately, unavoidable). Even after the procedures, I was able to contact Dr. Saad with followup care questions and get a response in short order.
