I brought my 2020 BMW S1000XR to Long Beach BMW for diagnostics after my local shop did the 18k service. Nick was great—professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the service manager, Jeff, was curt and dismissive from the start. When I mentioned my service light was still on, he replied something like, “If you had the service done here, we would’ve cleared it,” with clear irritation. I went there for a motorcycle safety course offered by Clutch motorcycle training Inc. The showroom is very nice with a comfortable home style atmosphere, complete with couches and tables with books to relax at. They have all the gear you need. The employees were very welcoming, down to earth and helpful and the guy who taught the class was very professional but still made things fun and entertaining.
