Nobody likes dealerships. They're often deceptive, greedy, sleazy. I had a very different experience here. Carl was a tremendously helpful salesperson. Never any pressure, no addons or bullshit. Yes I overpaid relative to a private sale (used bike) but I could trust that the bike was taken care of well enough prior to sale. Thanks, Carl. I'll be coming back if I need to.

There’s a reason this dealership has the lowest rating of any BMW motorcycle dealership in the area. Their reputation and reviews speak for themselves. There are plenty of other BMW dealerships nearby that offer far better customer service, professionalism, and pricing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Their rating is the lowest for a reason.

This is an Owner on-site operated store. Been there a long time and have an excellent staff that really knows their stuff. Very friendly and workable. I normally don’t like going to purchase a vehicle because of inept sales people and slow service, but this place has really changed my attitude. I even called my brother and told him about it, after which he bought one too, and he lives in San Diego. Call Dave, he Will take care of whatever you need.
