10 out of 10 buying experience! Do yourself a favor and ask for AMY! I’ve purchased about 10 motorcycles from various dealerships in Southern California through the years and I have never had an experience as easy as this! None of the typical nonsense with the back-and-forth game playing. I was clear on where I wanted to be and Amy went the extra mile to get me there! THANK YOU!
Highly recommend Long Beach BMW. Amy is outstanding! She was very attentive and knowledgeable. The whole buying process was simple and quick. Very friendly staff and easy going.
This dealership is the worst. I traded in a car back in August 2024. Since trading that vehicle in, I have received four tickets on the vehicle. Every time I have reached out to the dealership, they do seem concerned but failed to resolve the issue. I have now received a ticket for running a red light, which I don’t have the vehicle, and a hearing has been scheduled. If this is not resolved, a warrant will be issued for my arrest.
