I came in looking for a new bike and they made the whole process very simple, easy and efficient. Chris was very patient showing me different bikes and helping with my bike accessories. Highly recommend!

Mike, Jackson and the rest of the crew at Long Beach Bicycles were awesome. We only rented bikes there but they treated us great and were professional, courteous and friendly. I've rented bikes in different places around the country and often the experience is painful as it takes forever just to get a rental bike out the door but they made it very easy. We were out and enjoying our ride within t0 minutes of arriving at the shop.
Last Saturday, some friends and I rode to Point Lookout from Brooklyn and unfortunate/fortunately, one of them broke their rear derailleur. We did a quick bike shop search on Maps and saw Long Beach Bicycles. The friend with the broken derailleur ordered an Uber to take him and his bike to the shop while myself and my other friend rode to the bike shop.
