Got my car towed in the middle of the night. Didnt have any flat tires and out of no where I go to pick up my car from the towyard and BAM, punctured hole on the inside of the tire wall. They refused to take accountability and made me fill out a claims report. Steve aka supervisor there knows exactly what happened and refused to take the blame.
