Honestly, this place is a mess. Nobody communicates, everything feels chaotic, and I left feeling worse than when I came in. How is this even considered professional care?
This place is awful. I don’t know who trained the staff, but they need a refresher.
Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to cover it. They overbook appointments, rush every patient, and don’t care at all. My filling fell out after two weeks.
I've been trying to cancel for months, but nobody answers phone calls or emails. I hope my appt was cancelled... You guys are now closed and my appt was set for tomorrow back in June. I've called multiple times since June to cancel and have not received a response from anyone. Nobody has answered my calls since I scheduled the appt. Please check the email that is listed on your website for confirmation. I emailed back in June to cancel 2 appts. It shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with a dentist office.
Dr. Blumenthal provides the most comforting procedures in my lifetime experience with dentists. Very detailed explanation of procedures and potential outcome which for me is very important.
