Teri from Long & Foster was incredibly helpful through the process of renting my townhome. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed when I first moved in, but Teri was super responsive to get things worked out in a timely manner.

I have been with Long and Foster for several years and I can't complain. My property manager (Teri) has been extremely helpful and professional. The feedback that I will offer is addressing the high turnover in their maintenance department. Other than that I'm pleased.
Teri, was the BEST and absolute pleasure to work with, a big help in making our moving in process as easy as possible.she always replied to every concern, She went above and beyond. I would recommend this agency to anyone. We feel so blessed that she was our property manager. Thanks Teri .
