I lived here for several years and didnt have any issues. I'd put in help quest and next day the maintenace worker would come, while I was at work, to fix the problem. Thank you for those years of residency. I would say continue to working on updating the buildings. New blacktop was layed down twice while living there. Ive also seen previously occupied apartments being worked on. Keep it up!
