This was my first visit to the office. When I arrived I signed in and the front office person was on the phone. There were 5 other ladies up front and no one acknowledged me for 15 minutes. Then I waited over an hour in the waiting room that looked liked it was straight out of the 1950’s. I was not impressed.

We arrived early for an 11:00 appointment and found a crowded waiting room. It's now been an hour since we got here, and we're still waiting. And you can't just call and see what your PSA results were; no, you have drive for 35 minutes and wait for an hour to have someone with a degree bill Medicare to tell you. This is a waste of my time and disrespectful. Do better or I find a more responsible doctor.

They called me multiple times before my appointment but it wasn't until my appointment date that I rushed to make ot to on my limited time off, I was told "we no longer take your insurance (tricare) do you want to self pay?" Unbelievable. On top of that, Stroud is not a fan of Clomid and tried pretty hard at my last appointment to get me to switch to synthetic testosterone. Clomid is less invasive and works great for me, why switch?

The office manager or MA, whichever she is, is beyond rude. We’ve had to call multiple times over the last two weeks to finally get an answer regarding our child’s medication. We were told we would get a call back but never did, nor could we get a straight answer. We were told “that’s not my problem, I can’t do anything else” unprofessional, lazy and rude. Doctor needs to hire new staff
