Purchased 2 Freightliners, worked with Brad Powell. Stay far away from this place and their locations. They all are scammers. Save time and money and work with transparent and trustworthy people.
I can absolutely see why this place has a 2.8 review. A few hours ago I delivered this place three huge sacks of food! It’s cold, and it was raining very very hard! I was in touch with these people told him I was trying everything I could to keep their food dry. very nice and very polite. You would think a company, or whoever was in charge of ordering their food, what do you have tipped something especially with the weather, the way it was and how much food they ordered! I was at the Eldorado Arkansas location last week to get my company truck PM service done and more importantly, to get a violent reoccuring shaking from the front axle repaired, along with daily required REGEN manual issues. I called on this wednesday the 13th and was told the truck was ready. Guess what? The shop didnt work on the either the REGEN or the alignment issues. This is poor customer service and maintenance. Please try to improve your business practices
This is a 1st class - Top Shelf organization through and through. From the executive level to the receptionist and everyone in between! Customer Service on an ELETE Level every time!!!!
Back around the first part of oct, I wrote a rather negative review due to misunderstandings between a tech and ourselves. We were very unhappy about having our truck in the shop twice in two weeks plus having the same problem one week later requiring being on the road and doing the repair on our own. However, after speaking with the GM, Mr. Corley, we are very happy and impressed with the way this company has stepped up to rectify this situation.
