So far so good I ordered the oyster 3 got it within a day it was working and the setup is easy and you can use on your phone no problems. Customer service was really great too they kept you updated through the whole thing if I ever get anything else that needs tracking will definitely use them again. USA made and operated.
I have had a rocky start but the owners are taking care of this. I apperciate when they step in and step up. As a businss owner myself you can't be everywhere and depend on your team to help but sometime the ball gets dropped. Glad he was able to get me taken care of.
