Had a really good experience at Lonestar this morning. I came in with a tire issue in a rush trying to get to work, and they were super friendly and explained to me clearly what was going on. They got me back on the road safely and swiftly without trying to sell me anything unnecessary! Really fair and straightforward service. Will def be my new go to shop moving forward!!
Return customer and Had great service with 4 new tire changes mount and balance. Staff friendly and polite l. A/C cold and comfortable in the lobby with television and prices are very good for the services they’re providing. I will continue to be a repeat customer.
Very pleased with my visits. Great service, great pricing, communicated well. Have been multiple times now and always top tier service. They were busy when I showed up unexpected, he let me know how many cars I had in front of me, time frame before I could be helped, came back and got right in like he said.
