Went through the car wash and came out with several new scratches. Filled out an incident report, Daniel informed me they would get back within 48 hours. Called several times within a week and rarely got somebody to answer. A week later, they called to inform me that they wouldn’t be doing anything about the scratches because it was hard for them to see on their cameras. I have pictures of the vehicle from the day before the wash to right after the wash. Horrible customer service, would not recommend to anybody.
We’ve really been happy with Lone Star Suds Many features that are available to their guests , if you haven’t already checked them out you may think about giving Lone Star Suds a try !
