I waited months for my kid to have a procedure done with them. I found out a few days before that they might be wanting more done because I have Medicaid and that my daughters teeth aren't that bad off. I asked them the day before if we could just do fillings and the dr straight up refused. I said that that was kind of unprofessional and sketchy of them to do that. Horrible bedside manner from the provider and some of the hygienists. Didn’t even get my kids name right in the system. Made me feel pressured to have my son put under anesthesia for treatment, when I did have questions and show hesitation the lady on the phone pretty my talked over me and was pushy saleys type of approach. Definitely not good for kids that are neurodivergent or any sort of hesitation for the dentist. Not all people are cut out for children’s dentistries and this one just isn’t it.
Initially went in for a second opinion on treatment but was so impressed with Dr. Boling and his personable approach, we opted to go with them for treatment. He and his staff made my daughter and I feel very welcome and comfortable. Everything was explained very well and comm was superb through our whole experience. The anesthesiologist was also amazing! Answered all of my questions and was great with my daughter.
