Patty is a lovely person, and right off the bat she recommended a working solution to fix my 2-tone (natural dark brown and brassy copper) grow-out without using harsh chemicals or dying the natural grays that I want to grow in. She also gave me a cute cut and straightened it. Though I haven't washed it yet, I felt that she heard me when I said I wanted it thinned to lie flat, but not so thin that my natural curl would frizz out.
