We greatly enjoyed working with Mark, the RV Medic! As we were leaving our vacation, our slide got stuck and would not come in. We finally found Mark (after calling multiple other RV techs) and could tell he knew his craft well from the beginning. He walked us through some things that might help over the phone, but our rv was a little different than what he was used to working on, so we decided to schedule him to come out at his next available opportunity. I will never call anyone else from now on if we have any problems with our RV. Mark is very professional, he had all the equipment needed even the main panel for the heater. He was prompt & explained very well how to better use & maintain our RV efficiently. I didn't take any photos if his Mobile Medic truck but is perfect for the mobil service. Thank you again Mark

Mark Seguin was very thorough and gave my RV excellent service. He was prompt and followed through with everything. There were no unexpected charges that I was not aware of. I highly recommend his service and will call him again if need be.
