Brandon went above and beyond in working with the insurance company and ensured that all the I's were dotted and T's crossed. The crew went above and beyond to ensure our numerous plants were not damaged in the least. I once thought a small ceiling stain was harmless, but during inspection they opened a section and found water had been slowly spreading underneath the surface layer. They showed me the hidden spread pattern, which made me realize how serious even a small stain can become if ignored.
Enjoyed working with Wes and the entire Lonestar Constructions team in replacing my old roof and putting a new one. The team is very professional and great in working with the insurance company adjusters. It took them a great deal of communicating back and forth with the insurance company’s adjusters, submitting the necessary paperwork and getting everything approved for the job to be done.
